Usually, our leases are for a one year term. However, we can accommodate according to your needs and lease monthly or daily.
You are allowed to use your office 24 hours a day the 7 days of the week. If you need to come on a weekend, you can easily access your office those days. Our reception services however, are only available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
We have the top surveillance cameras available to detect if anything goes wrong. The buildings we are located in have access codes that are only given to you and that you can only use. Furthermore, our entrance doors also require a code to enter after office hours.
Our meeting rooms have to be booked in advance with our receptionists. Based on the day we can accommodate you on how much time you need. You can also book the meeting rooms for certain hours throughout the week.
We trust in the clients to have a decent and clean office. Our cleaning service offers only external cleaning in order to ensure that you are surrounded in an environment that it is always impeccable.
Having a virtual office can give you access to all the amenities that we have. We give our clients the opportunity of having 3 hours for meeting rooms throughout a month or if necessary we can provide more as long as it does not interfere with our other clients use of the meeting rooms.
